  • Eurotherm 635 Servo Drive (AutoPilot & BIAS s/w), Eurotherm IBT Display and s/w
  • Linear Servo's
  • IAI - 3 axis ICS & IS servos + SEL controller (using SelWin s/w) - for 3 axis robot

DC Drives
  • 110v DC Drives

Safety Controls. We place a high priority on ensuring that our controls are safe, we have considerable experience in modern safety switches and safety circuitry. Here are some of the well known safety controls that we have recently used:
  • Ferrocode - non contact coded safety switches
  • Titan & Trojan - Guard locking and Safety Switches
  • Pilz 2 hand safety relays and expansion modules
  • Leuze Mayser safety light curtains and safety relays
  • Pilz time delay safety relays
  • Emergency stop grab-wire switches

Specialised Sensing. We have experience with numerous sensing devices. In unfamiliar applications (if client samples are available) then often sensors can be checked for suitability prior to making a purchasing commitment. Typical sensors might include:
  • Precision pressure sensors
  • Mini light curtains
  • Colour sensors
  • Precision laser proxy switches
  • Inductive proxies
  • Capacitive proxies
  • Photo reflective sensors
  • Fibre optic through beam and diffuse/reflective sensors
  • Vibration sensors

Supply Voltages. You name the supply and we have probably worked with it, here's typically what we control or work with in our control systems:
  • 415/400/380v AC single and three phase, with or without neutral from 1A up to 125A per phase, with and without RCD earth leakage protection
  • 240/230v AC Single phase
  • 110v AC and 110v DC
  • 24VDC and 24VAC

CE Marking and Technical Documentation. It is a legal requirement to make sure that any new machines comply with the machine safety regulations, for old machines it is the P.U.W.E.R. regulations. Basically machines must be safe, if not then it is the DESIGNERS and MANAGERS who can be held personally liable.

Did you know it is also a legal requirement to produce documentation called a technical construction file? Well it is not as bad as it sounds. It is all about keeping records of how you arrived at your design, and how you have proven it is safe - often called a 'risk assessment'. If you are still none the wiser then we can assist you here also!
